Perhaps you were expecting too much.
I got 3k NX on my email from the event and bought a CS surprise too and got a permanet pet, a mini yeti... so it is about luck.

Terrible luck. CS surprise you just shouldn't buy, I mean you will see people win big from that but that is only 1 person out of idk how many. CS surprise is a waste of NX IMO. Gach is a gamble, its like the lottery. You...didn't win...yeah bad luck mate.
Terrible luck. I went on a 35 ticket run in Henesys once and walked away with a Newspaper hat.
