Will Ap Reset give non-UA Rogues 4 Dex?

Hey guys, just curious. Since theives/pirate need 25 and 20 dex to make their job advancement, will they have 4 all stat after an ap reset?
Or will they still have 25 DEx/ 20 dex for pirate.
