Mille Aguilles a bit weak?
Corsairs have Rapid Fire, that does over 250% damage at lvl 1.
Bowmasters have Hurricane, also doing about 200% damage at lvl 1.
How come Phantom's Mille Aguilles is 100-120% damage? I know it can be a little overpowered, hitting 2 times, 6 enemies, but it can be weak if your un-funded.
I wish Nexon buffed the skill to increase the damage by a little bit, maybe 30-40%?

I don't know why some of you are saying its fast, or it hits twice.
Its 180 ms, all other hurricanes are 120 (including Ishtar which is also 2-hitting, but limited to one target).
So its slower, but it IS a moving + mob skill so it balances.
It's just the numbers. Taking into account the dps plus the fact that you can hold it down and move, you're not dealing bad damage.

If you think rapid fire or hurricane is stronger, just steal that skill

Seems like a butthurt Bowmaster who got his hurricane stolen. Haha, I only tease of course.
Most phantoms I see who attack:
Bossing - Use rapid fire because it is a 1v1
Mobbing such as LHC/SH&HoH - Use Either Legs Easton stolen from Corsairs.
Most phantoms I see who buff:
Bossing: Still use rapid fire because it is the best steal-able 1v1
Mobbing such as LHC/SH&HoH - Advanced Bless or Sharp Eyes using Mille Aiguilles (My phantom, got from 62~152 in two days during 2x this way)
I don't see many phantoms using hurricane.
It looks cool though..
That holds true for hurricane and rapid fire if u are unfunded also. The thing here is the advantage of mobbing where milles agulies is an effective mobber in boss fights (especially at empress and her minions). That makes up for the fact that it hits slightly less.

It's a mob skill and you can move around freely with it. If you're desperate for more 1v1 damage, just steal RF.

I made up for it on my unfunded Phantom with DEXless AP build, and wearing the sports equipment set (using only those and with a novice cane/cards with no other armor/potted items I hit pretty decent on crocky at level 156), also, all my skills are at their current cap (level 10 for all except penombre) using Rage, Channel Karma, and Level 10 Concentrate (dragged and dropped into other slots, though its stolen at lv 20 version).
Swapping out Concentrate for Combo Orbs, I hit 5k more to them with the same skill.
PS: And I DO mean unfunded, I've literally have nothing for my phantom, except whatever I got during the Renegades event.
Well in Tempest it gets nerfed 10%. You can get 20% more damage on it if you reach 149.
100% twice, on 6 mobs is 1200%, and with max Carte Noire, you're getting an extra 220% each time you get a critical.

It's a mob skill, you can move with it, and it hits insanely fast. It's a really great skill. For 1v1, just steal Hurricane or Rapid Fire.. It's that easy.
