Really mods- Really?

I saw this thread, and thought it was quite believable. Then the mods got me and moved this thread from chat to fun (so now I'm super convinced, having experienced the bs firsthand). Apparently I can be banned for this. When I came back to maple after quitting at BB, I thought the new Basil was cool and nifty (though desolate of auctions), with that BMOS event and stuff. The website now is truly disappointing
Still not sure, what's your point..?

You spammed a nonsense thread into the Chat forum, it got moved to where it belonged, the Fun Chat section.
You weren't suspended for it, you just got a PM from a bot that told you it was in the wrong place.
The message conveyed the site policy that if you keep doing that, you can be suspended for it. That's in the rules you read when you joined.

So what's your problem..?

You'll have noticed by now you just got another PM informing you this thread was moved, this time to the Site section, where issues dealing with the site are supposed to be posted. Again, you weren't suspended.
Yeah, sorry. I thought I was gonna get suspended o.o

To be fair, your thread should have been deleted for not even having a topic of worth to talk about, leaving all of the posters to guess what the hell you were trying to say.

Then again, sentencing a thread to the Fun section is a fate worse than deletion.

I actually think the mods do a pretty decent job.

Does it get any clearer than this?
Again, mrb wrote that message, not any mod. No mod suspends for misplaced threads unless it's intentional and done multiple times, which is never the case.

What's your problem? You're just desperately trying to find something to attack the mods with at this point. You're mad at them for something that they didn't choose to say an basically never do.

@dyel: Most unjust suspensions are honest mistakes, or even more often are made up stories by the posters. Seriously. I used to go through and check the records of most people that complained about a certain suspension, and they either made it up, or drastically misled others in their explanation of it.

And to you and the other's question, I resigned in April.
That's an automatic message when they use the move-thread function. They don't suspend over that. Mrb made that message and there's no way for a mod to not use it.

As far as the bigger thread goes, let's just face it. Nothing a mod says will ever please the community here. Plus, two ex-mods already explained the gist of the issue in that thread.
What happened to your mod/sheriff status =o

That's that bot message you get automatically when a thread is moved to the right section. -_-
