I've timed it and it heals every 10 seconds and not 4 as stated in the skill description.

that's pretty much server lag doing it's thing.
Any skill that has a short cool down are totally broken. I don't think maple knows how time works I mean demon slayers hyper skill has a 5 second cool down and I timed it takes 12 seconds to cool down. Haha it's weird same this happens with my raven storm too.
Really? I still haven't used MP pots outside of bossing because of that skill, still really useful even with a longer delay.
Think I noticed this too lol, doesn't matter to me that much though.
