Laggy and Keeps Crashing
For quite a while now (a month or two) maplestory has been lagging and crashing constantly. Every 5-10 minutes or so. Ive tried uninstalling my Antivirus. Im wondering if the problem is that my router is too far away from my adapter. Would moving the modem to my room fix this problem? Any tips are welcome

Lol, my computer is pretty high end. I fixed it though. I changed my wireless channel. You can do it in the router options.
You wouldn't happen to be in Hellsium?
First of all, DO NOT uninstall your antivirus.
Do you have a relatively old computer? Maplestory has updated some graphics in the game, and from 5 years ago, the system requirements has been upped (it now requires at least a dual core cpu). Also, Blackcipher, which is one of their anti-cheat system is an added load to the system.
Upgrading my system solved this problem for me.
It's happening to me 24/7. Whenever I do the Gale Gourd quests, I d/c when there's like 3mins of it til it fills up, then at night it's better. (AUSTRALIA)
Im gonna try moving the modem/router to my room and see if that helps

I can't even leave a FM shop up overnight. I keep disconnecting and it's very fustrating lol. I hope Nexon fixes this soon.
