Lol I feel you those scrolls have been worse to me than 10%s for some reason..

I would sell it and buy a scrolled one because it takes more mesos to self scroll an equip.

Self scrolling is not cost efficient.

you see the big R on the left side of your screen click on it okay, did it good. start the events mu lung dojo normal and hard. also pq three times a day. forgot theres a lvl up onestart them all you need around 12 or 13 coins dont remember how many for them. Ps do the silent crusade quest gives you a ton of coins also and free pots to use hope this helped if not sorry for not being clear about it

Well you don't HAVE to perfect it. You could just 60/70 it, or sell it and buy one pre-scrolled.
That's what I'm gonna do.
