New riding skill and mount

Hey guys, i got on my aran and saw that i didnt have the riding skill. Its weird because i didnt know it could be dropped or something.

Is there any way i cana get it again? What about a new mount? I dont seem to have the level 50 wolf. By the way, my aran is level 83.
