According to my purchases on the nexon site, I've spent $270 since December of 2007. Haven't bought any nx since mid early 2010 though
You serious greg? i have spent a total of $0.00 and i think i got scammed somehow...
haha, well... actually if we take the energy and internet bills into account....
In total, from as far back as when mama used to buy me NX sometimes... Hmmm...
Probably one grand. Just a little under, if anything. I do about $30 per paycheck, so that's $60 a month... and before I had a job to pay for my NX, $25 every month or so... and every birthday, about $80 worth or more. Hmmmm.
I've spent around $200-$300 during last couple months. All the "on sale", "special", and "limited time only" offers get to me.
The opportunity cost of not spending Money on NX and earning the mesos yourself is the time you could have spent working to make real money to spend on mesos, so technically speaking people who spend money on the game are better off than people who don't. For example:
We'll take two people, guy A and guy B.
Guy A works a part time job and buys 1b mesos using 1 hours worth of salary. Guy B has a part time job too but decides not to buy mesos. He spends 15 hours making 1b mesos.
Considering that both of them earn $10/h at their jobs, Guy A loses 1 hours worth of salary and guy B loses 15 hours worth of his free time. Since time is money, Guy A could spend his extra 14 hours that he has over guy B to earn more money, hang out with friends and spending time outside while guy B loses 14 hours earning maple money (and possibly losing $140 worth of work).
Basically to sum things up, if you have a job you're better off spending reasonable amounts of money on NX than wasting time earning it. It's all part of time management.

Nexon really knew how to rip off Canadians back in the day
I've spent a decent amount on gear, but I can always sell my stuff and get a bunch of it back when I quit. Honestly I regret spending money on hair/eyes the most; all that money gone toward trying to get ONE particular style was a massive waste, and has zero resale value.

200 more or less. I wasted so much on useless crap, what a waste..
I have paid ~$100 SGD on NX and intend to buy more XD
Exactly $564. Add around 80-90k from surveys and there's what I've actually used. This was over the span of around 6 years
Around $100.
Probably about $200-300 USD in the past 4 years. Most was spent on NX hair/eyes. Maybe about $20-30 spent to make money in game.
1300 in a span of around 4 years. <3
Not sure, but at least $300- if not even more than that.
(Considering how I spend nx on multiple characters not just one.)
1000-1500$ <3

0$ but Ive gotten a few nx gifts... did an offer for puffram too
10 bucks through out mt 3 year playing time
Total I would say about 100 bucks. I've been playing for about 4 years on and off.
$400 over 4 1/2 years
$500+
yes I have a life, friends, good grades, I go outside often.
yeah. /:
I bet I've spent like $250 in 7 and a half years who ever said this game was free is wrong lol... nx is too tempting to buy
The only people who say that are those with weak a$$ damage lol.
alrite...fine i admitted it.
At least 200 dollars of the course of five-six years. Less than the cost of a game for a major console per year, so I'm not too concerned.
hate people like you...what are you trying to prove, that you dont have disposable income?
My character looks straighter and cooler than you?
About $200-$300 dollars total over about 5 years.

Ah, it feels so good to have leftover money that I actually can spend on this game.
