I'm pretty sure that you add the numbers and not multiply them together. Works like percent potential I believe, only on base.

Keep in mind elfen blessing, and items don't affect party EXP, like LHC (which is mostly party EXP), making your total EXP multiplier vary with party members, and monsters.
