Dualblade

How is an unfunded Db?

I've played one and got to 4th job and enjoyed it. But not high enough to get into dpq and SH drill hall.

While it's fun, I don't want to be weak because it will take the fun away too.

So,

How is DB 120+ with little to no funding?

Compared to other classes, weapon attack adds less to a dual blade's range than, say, weapon attack for a night lord.
It's not hard to make semi-decent equips with spell traces floating around.

the bigger the bill the harder u ball. if u aint got stacks to throw on every equipment DB will be one of the weakest in game because we are one of the weakest >.< >.<

Dont even bother with db with low funding if you want damage. As antisenpai said no real progress unless u get a major equip upgrade

@AntiSenpai: yeah I had a level 70 DB on Bera then deleted it because it's damage was so bad due to the fact that I wasn't super funded. 6 att wg, and that's basically all I had money for.

pretty bad, because of the low skill damage %s you won't be able to really notice a difference even if you level a bunch without upgrading. db actually needs funding

@MaliciousRogue: Yeah, at low levels DB are amazing compared to other classes, but as you progress to higher levels and whatnot they are horrible unless you fund tons along the way.
Very weak, you'll be doing same damage at 120 at 180 if you don't upgrade heavily.
Is that true? Holy crap.

As for the unfunded part of this thread, let me just say that a DB with low funding at 120 does about the same as an unfunded Blaze Wizard I think. But that's suggesting that the BW is level 110-ish I suppose.
