Pwnmasterice Best bet is aliens, but you can push your luck to lhc, best way to get a party, start one yourself and recruit high level members. I saw a 110 jett have a full party of 150+ members... Reply August 6, 2012
JoyfulCharm I just leveled from 111 to 115 doing Romeo & Juliet PQ. If you don't like PQing, then train at the above mentioned places. Reply August 6, 2012

I did PQs and Azwan. But go to LHC if you really need it.
