False, in two ways. The definition of average damage these days is about 4b funding. You can get 1b funding without NX no problem. Buying NX just expedites the process, but all you really need is a 10k card to get a few bil.

i got 60% luk dexless, 85 wa claw and only a 16k range
Well, your range is a fixed product of your total primary stat, total secondary stat, w.att, and skills that may grant additional attack, or % stat. My point is, if you have say 40 dex, with 9% luk, and 120 total weapon attack, your range will be x-x. It won't every vary. So, really, what you're asking us is what your base dex, and weapon attack is.
