Evan glasses and scrolls
Ok so we get those new glasses and scrolls now when we're getting Evan. My question is, can those scroll boom the glasses? Because i read atleast not all of them are 100%.

We don't have gacha, and we don't have those scrolls either.
They have 5 slots. But the problem I find when it was released in gms was that 3 that gave +1 all stats were 60% and other 2 were attack but 40% (?) so achieving all 5 slots is a pain. If You're rich or can gach, there are 50% scrolls that adds attack
