If you plan to stay Empress, 6 set is always better (The 6th part give the main benefit, dat 30% Boss damage)
If you plan to kill livy from Commerci (I think that is who youre talking about), as a MM with 57% boss dmg/100k range, I finish him w/ help of Mihile stance with 1/3 time left.

Cannoneer, the +25 all stat is nice
They only drop from Shadow Empress, which are a pain to do because you have to buy each core
