What the heck kind of logic is that. So if Burger King was making their burgers with the brains of babies you wouldn't care because it's "not hurting anyone"? Brains are very nutritious after all.
I eat meat but I'm not a cannibal. I wouldn't give a damn if it was donkey brain.
Sometimes I want to become a vegetarian.
Horse meat isn't that bad.
Their lies aren't hurting anyone, so why should it concern me?

I also eat pigs, fish, chicken, etc. What's so special about a horse?
Do you eat dogs?
Their lies aren't hurting anyone, so why should it concern me?
if it doesn't concern you, then so be it. there are people out there that don't like to be lied to. crazy isn't it?
using horse meat is one thing and lying about using horse meat is another.
use your brains. become an informed citizen; we have too many sheep that just blindly follow the leader.
people in this thread are so stupid. sure, meat is meat but that's clearly not the problem here.
the reason people are mad is because people in charge of regulating meat have lied to us.
if they lied about something like this what else have they lied about? you know what i mean?
people aren't getting the point. *sigh*

I don't care if the beef is made yak genitals as long as it tastes good, you Canadian.
Would you eat a human baby if it tasted good?
I don't understand why you have to care about everything the liberal media tells you to care about.
Do consumers have a right to know what they put in their mouths? Yes, but it's just horse. It's not like it's pink slime or anything disgusting and unsanitary.
It's meat! It's food! Eat it!
I don't watch liberal media, and if a food chain is advertising that they are selling beef and it's horse, then yeah that's a problem from a consumer rights perspective.
If Burger King burgers were made out of dogs or cats would you have the same view as you hold now? Most people in this thread would probably be disgusting at the idea of eating dogs or cats in their whoppers, hence everyone here are hypocrites. It's just meat right?

Horse meat is eaten in other countries.
What's the problem?
Other than them putting in something other than what was expected, it wasn't harmful at all...
Isn't that more nutritious?
eating horse meat will make you hoarse
badumtss
the article makes it seem as though eating horse meat will make you sick haha ....
so, uh, what's so bad about horse meat that it deserves a thread about it?
Haven't eaten at restaurants like Mcdonalds and burger kind pretty much for 10 years now.
Great now my mouth is salivating...
they should have cowboy-type commercials for burgerking soon!
I don't see the problem, I get that they denied (bad Burger King) but what's wrong with eating horse meat, no one got sick, no one noticed the taste, no one should have any problem.
@DrHye: i am talking about the UK :c
but i guess it does fit more proper with The US as well
I'm getting me some bacon burgers tonight and large onion rings. Yum yum.
ITT: People who don't care about consumer rights
Well, if you're eating at Burger King, you just relinquished your right to a healthy meal and subjected your body to god knows what. It goes with buying fast food.
ITT: TrueAtheist making multiple ITT posts
ITT: ITTception
That's actually pretty cool imo. I would love to see what horse meat tastes like.
ITT: People who don't care about consumer rights
time to add horse to the list of things i consider delicious.
well, if i were in the UK at least
Dothraki eat horse raw
I don't like whoppers
I don't blame them since this country seems to demand more than they can produce
I feel like you're talking about the US, but the article's about the UK
So that's what makes them taste so good.

ITT: People who eat horses
Horse is delicious.
for the people who can't eat beef/pork, there you go.
burger king is still bomb as hell.
And how exactly is this a bad thing?
Had one two days ago, tasted exactly like any other beef so who cares?
