How to get shark tooth soul drinker
How do i get a sharktooth soul drinker? Where does the recipe drop from? On every website it says that the recipe and the item itself is not dropped by anything! I cant afford to buy one! I am a lvl 161 and i have full access to everything under HOH. I kill relatively fast.
Please shed light upon me.

more relevant question: why is the lower level loveless purple dragon (how do you get it?) higher attack than the 140 empress soul shooter?
Its obtainable only from empress herself , meaning you would have to kill it to get one.
