Technically, seeing as how there was tons on the mark (and in the MTS) with the exact same stats, one could obviusly conclude that duped ele-staves were going around.

That said, the only way you could be convinced the staff you bought wasn't duped was if you found it yourself ;/

Seeing as how mine is legit, i'd probably quit this game if Nexon touches my staff.

By legit, i mean the staff. Scrolls were most probably duped, like any other Gm scrolled weapon.

With the deleting spree of all duped items (Including tons of E-staves) and bam revamp, and upcoming hyper skills, they're most probably not gonna drop in price.

This actually makes sense...it explains why the Crimson weapons and the ele weapons didn't lose their secondary stat.

Yeah 20% makes about sense to me too. It's kind of sad that they forgot to change that really.

i didnt look at the skill description cuz i was just mass clicking to max all the skill.
but my range with BB did not change at all from before tempest.
so it might just be a text error.

That's nexon for ya. Keep the secondary stats on ele staffs when no one would be stupid enough to put points in luk now. Better be able to get that luk from equips or we're screwed. I know I am for sure.

I heard that non-KMS items did not lose their stat requirements so I guess not.
