MeerCats They spawn where elite monsters spawn.So just loiter around until one spawns.I'm pretty sure they don't spawn in Masteria / World Tour / Singapore though. Reply August 15, 2014 - edited

They spawn wherever there is a rune.
They spawn where elite monsters spawn.
So just loiter around until one spawns.
I'm pretty sure they don't spawn in Masteria / World Tour / Singapore though.
