Apparently, in this years anniversary event: Empress equips (wep) can be obtained from the boxes. I'd try to scroll a good katara (reverse->loveless->VIP) with the 20% scrolls from the tempest shop and use tempest clean slates.

Save your coins for scrolls and wait for the hot time for the AP reset.

OT: at least 100 if you want to attack efficiently.

You sure Czak can be solo'd with a 40k range? I have much higher than that, but I haven't tried it because... I'm lazy but yeah how fast does a 40k range solo Czak?

There's an ab hottime giving ap resets.
Go get a better katara, a 80att shouldnt cost too much, and itll improve your range.

use tempest coins for something more useful... when ab comes out there's a hot weekend and I think they're giving AP or SP reset scrolls... check the events.

if his range is 15k or so at lvl 123 my range isn't that bad with 10k range at lvl 120? (I'm unfunded as well... by that I mean that I have no mesos whatsoever...NOT that I can afford nx.)

I know I'm under averaged but with the stats he puts out it really doesn't add up O_o. Unless when he means unfunded hes saying equips that I would find decent he finds crap then that makes sense. Anyway I believe I have 60ish base dex (I made this DB when it first came out and couldn't afford dexless). If it's really important I can farm up 150 tempest coins to get the AP reset scroll. I have a 26k range with max thorns and FC. I only have clean empress equips. How long would it take me to solo?

You're below average.
Two things:
1. How much dex did you put in?
2. Why not get a better katara, because that's what really matters.

wtf level 123 with 15k range is unfunded? I'm level 148 with 23% luk and 130 attk dagger/70 attk katara and I have DWE and Thorns mastered and my buffed range is only 18k max......either you're definition of "unfunded" is different from mine or you're lying...

OT: If youre range is actually 15k you can solo zak now.

At 20k range you can solo zak, at a 40k range you can solo czak with PB and FC. You can get PB and FC from Hilla, zak or czak.

Do you know where to get final cut or phanton blow? Or how much they are?
