Need help on deciding on what class to play

So I recently just came back to maplestory and I have no idea what to play. I have no money and I don't really know what's going on. What's a good class to play for now until I can make some money? Can someone tell me what nebullites are as well? Thanks

I also need a price check on 6th anniversary scroll for 1H and 2H weapon ATT 20%. My friend gave me these to sell and I'm not sure how much they go for. I'm playing in Bera.
