Evolution Lab?
first time going to evo lab ina while and now found how everythings changed. link 3 doesnt have the vac anymore.. is evo lab still good place to grind? what does lvling look like 100+ after mpe runs.

100-120 some good maps in pantheon, 126-136 blue dragon turtles, 136-147 do Crimson strirges but my gf is a kanna so I'm spoiled lol

No, I just collect tickets on my level 100-140 characters daily for a few weeks. I usually end up with more than enough, and sometimes the bosses drop more tickets...
Just stock up on tickets, even on the characters your don't play, you may need them in the future when you do decide to level it. Also, pots and greed pendants.
This way only really works if you're not in a rush to level. It works for me because I don't have time to grind all day on MS not to mention it's boring, nor do I want to play every single day, I have a life. I'm not in a rush to level up every one of my character, so I just stock up on MPE tickets and level fast in one go.

what do you mean? there is a way to keep ur tickets?
I just MPE all the way from 100-140 with tons of tickets to spare. Have to suicide a lot to not waste them
