Inferno Breath DoT not working
The fire DoT from inferno breath does not do any damage to monsters. They act like they are being hit but their hp bars do not go down and monsters with almost no hp don't die. Is anyone else having this problem?

That's the way afterdamage works. Techinically, a monsters hp decreases when you hit it. Since your not hitting it when it takes afterdamage, its hp doesn't visibly drop.
It does drop, but it isn't shown.
