15/24/15/15 4 slot 3% hp (aka +90hp for me) against 22/19/16/17 5slot 6%str (aka 18str, say you have 300str total)..

Well czak is more expensive isn't it, so depends on funding, but pretty much I think he was just saying scar or targ cause you can get better % since they are over lvl 70

if u want to get a end game hat shouldnt czak helm be better than targa or scarlion

Keep cubing for 3 lines of %LUK/All stat. The most you can get from unique is 6% per line, so try to aim for 12+%LUK and sell it. Otherwise, get it for STR or DEX for equal or higher value of resell.

get it to epic and u can sell it for alot more and if u want go to unique that will be worth alot especioully with 3 lines

Don't cube it. Rav helms are only level 70. SO potential stats are worse. If your going to cube for an end-game helm, use a scarlion or targa.
