Is my range okay?

I came back again in Maple because my friend told me to play again
This DB is my main and Iam not really that funded or anything...just average.
my range is 11816~15547(no buffs) 13726~18060(W/buffs) Iam level 141 btw. 28% Total LUK
Luk: 667 + 381 = 1048
Dex: 70+136= 206
Str: 4+ 94
My current equips and weapons are...
Blood Dagger : 113 atk +3 DEX +7 Luk (Perfect 60% scrolled o_0 just lucky) 1 enhanced. Epic item: ALL 3%, ATT 3% and LUK 3%
Maple Pyrope Katara: 72 atk +4 Luk 2 enhanced. Rare Item : 3% LUK
Shoes : 4% LUK
Osfa Pants : +4DEX +3LUK 6 Slots left Rare item: 3% LUK +10 STR
Osfa Suit : +15 Luk +2 str +1 Dex 2 enhanced Rare item: 3% LUK +5 LUK
8 ATK WGS
Blood mask: 3 ALL 3ATK
Regal Golden Headband(Just got it yesterday) +15 ALL +5 ATK
Renegades Glasses: +2All Rare: Useless pot...
Lucky Gilded Belt: +12 Luk +3Dex Rare Item: +12 Luk (pretty high LUK belt o_0)
Earrings : Epic Item: 6%ALL
Rings : Evo ring II lvl 17 (+7 ALL +5 ATK), Evo ring III lvl 7 (+7ALL +7ATK I had classes, so I didnt have time to make it to level 10 ) Crusader Zeal ring (+2 atk) Legendary Ring (+4 ALL +3 ATK)
My awesome Maple Scarf: +6STR,+1DEX +9ATK Rare Item: +8 Dex
Shoulder: Silent Crusade Shoulder: +5 ALL +2 ATK Rare Item: 3% LUK, +4Luk
Cape: Sirius Cloak +5 STR and DEX Rare Pot: +3 STR (I know this is kinda a sucky cape, so I have to find a new one...)
These are all my equipment...
I would be thankful if you guys give me some equipment suggestions and opinions~!

It's ok.
I have a 28k range clean at 142, but I'm pretty funded. IMO yours is just a little under average. Clean baselards are about 800m or so here in Windia.

It's not guaranteed that all renegade weapons come out with an epic pot, I think it's only for canes. I bought 2 of those lvl 110 katara and they came out with a rare pot.
An empress dagger cost 450m~550m in bera (clean 128atk ones), idk if prices aren't the same in your world tho.

So is saving up the Renegade coins for the Renegade weapon a great idea?
I guess that would be very slightly above average. Upgrading your weapon should come first if you wanna increase your range.
Your equips are pretty decent, and so is your range. If you're going to upgrade anything, get a better dagger then some better %luk.
