If you put it like this then every music in the world is "stolen". Music is constantly re-used and re-written into a different melody. How many people do you think take the tunes from Vivaldi's Seasons and change around the tones and add a second melody too it while still having the same. Thats not stealing.

Movies give credit to the original creator and give them $$ for copyright usage... not the same when a company doesn't acknowledge the artist...
