When I post my issue here, I'm honestly not looking for "direct help" from nexon.

I'm here to ask for help from our beloved community, for them to share their experiences and maybe, even give a tip on how I should behave in order to inacrease the chances on getting my account back. With this thread Ive gathered few information that I think was usefull for my third ticket, which was:1) trying to use proper english and cooling my head before writing my tickets. It wasn't a direct help from nexon. But it already helped me. Their help even calmed me down! So thanks for all the good people that supported me and for all those who had the same issue, don't give up brothers, let's fight! Together we are stronger.

@Zulucker: A lot of people complained about that GM... if he's THAT bad, why doesn't he get fired or removed to another section? I really can't compreend how someone that hates reading or gaming can take on such an important job (for the custumers and for the marketing of the comapny it self)...

@IIxCrusader Your only hope is to keep sending tickets and hope someone other than that piece of trash Skelorm answers, i got perma-banned and he just keeps sending me the same freaking message every time, about how my account was found under "suspicious activities"

Teach me master O.O. I really need my account back before the following 2 weeks, because my university classes starts within that time and I won't be able to play for, at the very least, the rest of the semester and I was really hopping to get to lv 200 before my classes started (lv 185 with 80% before the ban)

Sadly, my university classes start in 2 weeks. I go to law school(I'll have to read until my eyes pop out of my face - so no time for maple) and basically if I don't get to 200 now, I'll only be able to train around june or july (by then, monsters will probably be stronger and giving less exp [maplestory unlimited])

I don't think most people treat other bad because they are bad, probably, he just can't handle some situations , or have had some "trauma"with other custumers... I really hope he 's a happy person.

Sometimes I'll get that message and it will disconnect me when there's another Player in the channel/room that I'm in and they're lagging. It's only kicked me before though.

I skimmed your post, saw Skelorm, and instantly lost hope for you. I believe that you're innocent, since Nexon's never been good about this kind of thing, but it doesn't change the fact that you're screwed. Skelorm is a fundamentally unhappy person. The man probably goes home to an empty, dark apartment. His dinner likely consists of half a microwaved McDonalds cheeseburger (dollar menu, of course) left over from that day's lunch. He most likely sits at his lounge chair (which has grown accustomed to the shape of his inactive, depressing body) and lets the light from the television traipse over his face while he takes slow, tired bites from his congealing burger in the dark and wonders about where it all went wrong as secret sauce dribbles down his chin.

Skelorm doesn't even seem to read tickets. He just copies and pastes the same message onto every ticket, regardless of the content. No other GM is this blunt about it. You could send the man video evidence vindicating you in any courtroom, and he would still copy and paste the same mantra. Sometimes I wonder if Skelorm is even a person. Maybe he's just a name shared by the other ticket readers. Maybe they log into the skelorm account when they're feeling particularly rotten. There's just no way any one person could be this incompetent, this apathetic, this notorious, and still have a job unless the company truly didn't care--

I come to plead for the ban removal that happened at wednesday since I was NOT using any kind of illegal program. All I was doing was train at Hall of Honor Channel 1, when I was surprised with the message saying I was going to be disconected from the game for "HACK REASON". Since it happens often, I didn't even bother, however, when I tryied to log in back, my account was suspended for 1(one) month, which caused me a lot of displease, since I was doing nothing wrong but to train with my beloved friends.
The wrong bans have been happening and it's now a known issue. To corroborate, GM Hime posted, at the OFFICIAL FORUM:

"As you may have noticed with the recent forum topics, there have been higher number of players being suspended from the game. Please know that we will be reviewing all the evidence for these bans to ensure it is properly documented and the bans given to players are valid. For players who may have been incorrectly banned, each case is reviewed on a case by case basis."

I'm begging you, nexon, for a proper trial as I've been one of your oldest custumer (my account dates back from 2005) and I did not take part in any activity that goes against the Term and Conditions.

its just a temp ban. i dont think they will release u since it only last a month or so.

@carbunion: they basically did, the worst part is that even though i should never buy nx again i'll probably do it next time i go to the us (cuz i dont live there)
i still have hope in the future they refund me, but i doubt it will happen in a couple of months, certainly this issue will continue for some months and then is when nexon will either hear the people or close there game

I'd be overjoyed and pleased if I could get unbanned before the 1 month period because of the Red Leaf High event (that I was planning on purchasing a lot of NX to get to lv 200 at the char mentioned above) and also the daily events, that I already missed, and I won't EVER be able to acomplish the 2 weeks event because of that (I was really looking foward on completing those to get the prizes). Not to mention because it's somewhat, absurd, that a legity player could get suspended unfairly, while hackers run wild.

I can't make new accs because I'm from Brazil, thus, my ip is current blocked (and Maplestory Brazil was shutted down).

Please, check my account date, it dates back from 2005, I've never used hacks for almost 8 years, why would I use now?

It gives me the chills just to re-read this, makes it seems like nexon doesn't even read our tickets, just use CTRL+C and CTRL+ V to answer seemed issues.

Unhappy with the answer, I decided to appeal useing the following ticket:

Details: Dear nexon, I was training at HoH with no HACKs with NO HACKERS IN MY PARTY nothing wrong in any point, I wasn't breaking any rules nor doing any "illegal game activity". The previous ticket I logged was answered with a blunt and yet, indiscriminated answer, that honestly, I could swear was coppied from an archieved and pasted (it doesn't even seem like the GM actually read or checked my account - Check ticket 19000-1722154).

To be honest, seems like nexon and the GMs simply don't pay atention to their oldest players, only foucusing in getting new players rather than keeping their oldest and most trusted custumers that play daily interested. Saddens me because it's not the first time that I serve a false 1 month ban (my other account whose main ign was BLOODLYDAY - Khaini )and I've been playing for basically 8 (eight) years, (you can check the creation date of my account)

Also, please check the official forum, and it'll be possible to see that a LOT of people is being WRONGLY auto banned, not just me! Your auto-ban system is rather bugged or/and glitched and players should NOT pay for this kind of mistakes.

Therefore, I'm here to claim for reevaluation on my account to lift the ban for a DIFFERENT GM from Skelorm to have my ban lifted before the 1 month term, since I did NOTHING wrong but to play honestly without cheating."

Again, Did they read my ticket? How can that be considered an appeal if the same person that dennied first request is the one that dennies second?

Nexon doesn't give a F for us, old players, they only want to gather new and mindless player that will spend money...

If you suffered something seemed, we should unite and stop buying NX, so they will see our insatisfaction.

And to all haters, I WASN'T HACKING AT ALL, auto ban is just WRONG, a lot of ppl have been having this issue, and nexon don't even CARE about their costumers

i know how it feels, happen exactly the same thing, except for the fact i had bought cubes (50k nx) and i got banned before using them
u can imagine how im feeling, my cubes expire 5 days before i get unbanned, and nexon, well they wont do anything

At least you just got 1 month banned... my bro got perma banned for the same reason as you, doing nothing, and he keeps getting answers from GM Skelorm that he won't get his account unbanned.

My bros ticket got answered with We have banned lots of people and we just dont believe you so you have to wait out the rest of your suspension

One of my guildmates got wrongly perma banned but after a lot of well written tickets sent in from our guild we had him unbanned. Miracles do happen .

You're right it has never happened to me because I haven't done anything that would put me in that situation. My only point is that no one here knows what you do on maple only you know that. For all we know you could (I'm not saying you did) have done something that would get you banned and be looking for sympathy from other people. If you're innocent talk to Nexon but it looks like they have reason to believe that you should carry out your suspension. Btw your right, threads are for people to share their thoughts and thats why I'm entitled to share mine tyvm

I can't be sure if hackers didn't walk through my map as I was at HoH channel 1.

But I've been there for 7 hours before being banned, and by the time the ban happened, there was only me and my party there and everyone's was legitly attacking/leeching.

This was a really unnecessary post. Nexon isn't doing ANYTHING to improve their customer service. I think that's the point here. Hacker's aren't suffering at all, really. LHC hackers botted their characters up and were there forever, with Nexon doing nothing. Finally, for some odd reason they got bored and decided to ban the hackers ( while banning people who partied with them, which, in my opinion, is ridiculous since if you didn't party with a hacker sometimes you got ksed, and good luck finding a channel with ANOTHER hacker! So you are essentially blaming the players for your own inadequacy).

I have seen people get banned permanently from their auto ban system...it's just luck, pure and simple. I would train at pirates and get the "you have bee disconnected for the hack reason" from that stupid GM thing, though I would close the window and not get banned. That was from training on an Angelic Buster and I was killing quite fast. They need to take the system out of there and figure out a better solution, but Nexon America probably doesn't even know how.

Good luck getting unbanned under that GM.

I doubt u'd be saying that if it happened to you, you probably didn't even read the thread, It's the SECOND time they ban my account for no reason, first time was in 2010 at my dual blader when I was at Skeletons mini dungeon, it was also the time when a lot of people were getting banned up to 2037 (year). Plus , I've been playing for almost 8 years now, and I can say that nexon isn't doing more than what it has to do when they ban hackers and they are doing crap when they ban legity players. Thread is necessary to a community to share their opinions. So if you think it's useless, leave it and don't comment, otherwise u'll just be reassuring it's necessary with ur comments.

I believe you, as I said it's happened to my friends and Nexon did nothing to lift the bans, one of them actually got perma banned for disconnecting from the game 3 times. She has never been banned before or used hack programs but somehow got perma-banned. I'm not sure what they using to detect botters/hackers but it's failing. There are still hackers everywhere that is obvious enough to see, yet legit players are suffering. As for those who got banned from leeching off hackers or looting from them, that's just common sense. Don't do it.

Lol Skelrom... He's so frustrating, ambiguous and dam right rude on some occasions.

If partying with a hacker is a bannable offense, why wouldn't the entire party get banned? I've heard cases about a [i]single[/i] person in the party getting banned and that doesn't seem right. And people getting banned while being idle in town? Sorry, Nexon but something is obviously wrong here.

I never partyied with any hackers not even used SSed/Glitched channels during my time in LHC.

in my party I was attacking with a bishop and a NL, both were taking damage and attacking with their NORMAL speed not with hacker no delay speed. The rest of the party was leeching in the bottom of HoH.

So no, I'm probably one of the most legit players around I wouldn't even benefit from hacking inderectelly (none of my eqps are even dupped)

I've heard about Skelorm. He's apparently like that with everyone (well just about everyone, there was that [i]one[/i] person he helped and everyone was surprised lol). It sucks though, they're never specific on what exactly they "detected."

Also I know you said you're from Brazil so English probably isn't your first language, but why do you add "y" to every instance of the word "legit" in your post? Just something that continuously caught my eye in reading all of that.
