Atm my ele wand 5 is unique and it has only 2 lines, if i were to keep cubing it to legendary will it get 3 lines of 2 lines?

its not a 100% chance it will give you 3line
does premium cube 100% gives 3 lines.. i was thinking of using 1 premium and then using the rest of my nx on enlightment since its on sale today
premium cube it for 3lines....
ther is another cube that can give 3lines on legendary items right now but its expensive and its limited time right now
(i got my dragontail war staff unique useing premium cubes took like 3cubes after unique to get it 3line'd)
priority of cubeing 3line it 1st... then get it to unique+
you could always use that 25k nx item that adds a line to item at 100% chance (over priced)
really, i cant just use like enlightment or super..
oh btw.. is enlightment even better than super cube?
