@MrAhri, let's be real we all know that everyone in naruto is gonna come back to life cuz somehow naruto convinces Obito to use his rinnegan to revive everyone else instead of Madara, the series is as good as over.

Well, I can agree with you guys the straw hat crew is far from being pirate-like, more like a crew of adventurers, but what do you expect from a shonen manga? Obviously the manga artist doesn't want his protagonists going around mercilessly killing people considering how popular this manga is.
I think it is Aokiji because
1. He was sleeping, Aokiji loves to sleep
2. He's standing on water
There was an episode way back where he does similar things, except on a bicycle, lol
