Ender or Crescendo?
Which should I get first?
I only have 1 Mystery Special Mastery book and 9 skill points waiting
The reason why I only have these two? I already have the skill books for all of the others (Exception: Morning Star)

Lol crescendo should be right after mastery. Followed by arcane pitch. Then you go reflection, ender, apocalypse in that order.

u havent maxed dark cres yet? that shoulda been the 2nd skill u maxed o.o
and why would u max apoc, u dont even need it (or any dark skills, for that matter) once u get the hyper from lvl 150
Definitely Crescendo. It boosts your damage, much more than a maxed Ender would for bossing. Crescendo was the second book I obtained. It's also the first skill I maxed after MM. I definitely prefer it over Ender, which I left at 10 for now.
