Reboot Server vs. Other servers
Is reboot any different (asides from population and no pay2win) from the other servers? I just came back from a 1-2 year hiatus and was wondering if i should maybe transfer 1 or more of my characters from broa to scania because broa is absolutely dead. Is it worth it? And why is reboot so populated compared to other servers??

This is long but...
Reboot is a free to play world (unless you choose to pay other chars for boss carries). But most get carried through bosses by finding good friends or a nice op guild.
Reboot mobs are stronger than normal server mobs.
For equipment enhancement there's no bonus pot or scrolling just star force enhancement and the normal pot. In Reboot you sell spell traces for 5k per.
Mobs will usually drop equipment that is specific to your character's job.
It's a non-trade world where you can't trade with other chars and equipment that you get yourself you can't trade with your other chars through storage (only tradeable within storage stuff are basically the etc, set-up and use tab).
Because it's not a P2W world, you can get cubes and hyper teleport rocks for mesos along with other stuff that generally requires you pay $. Only thing you have to really pay for is a pet (unless you get Blackheart from hilla) and nx clothing if you like. A pet is a must in Reboot. Most stuff that you need can be bought at Henesys pot shop including; stars (if you're a thief), pendant equipment slot, character slot coupons, inventory expansion slots, etc.
Mobs drop more mesos in reboot.
I don't know what's the difference between the mesos drop rate but when I boss in reboot (only from cht, norm pb, norm zak, norm ark, hard vleon and norm vleon) I get around 70-90m (ish) with 40% mesos drop rate and this includes selling the stuff dropped from those bosses too.
@beefly: The only problem is the bots that have taken over twilight perion. Otherwise if they some how solved the botting problem (captcha) there would be 100% burning in quite a few places in TP.
Scania might actually be too crowded, I hear complaints about the population size there.
Maybe Bera or Windia is more up your alley. Nexon doesn't allow world transfers to Scania anyways.
reboot isn't pay to win like the other servers even though hackers and bots have still taken over. reboot monsters are stronger and funner to fight against. not being able to trade even with your own characters causes some problems though. overall reboot is better but could still be improved.(I don't understand why they didn't buff monsters in the non reboot servers as well)
its worth rebootin the server when u have connection problems
nexon often will reboot their servers anyways, esp when it always keeps on crashin and they got those server mantenences n stuff
also it means since u havent played in a while its rly just a fresh reboot 4 u as well
so its def worth it compared to the other servers that dont do it, altho idk wat exactly ur reffering 2 in this case
It's extremely difficult to start off in Reboot. The game grows to you exponentially once you start Meso Farming/Bossing. If you have a little to splurge or friends who can decently fund you, you're better off in Scania. If you need a Scania friend (not to fund you, just a friend; I'm poor too ) then I have you covered
Reboot has no trading so you farm mesos and do daily bossing to get stronger. You can't trade your equipment in your storage as well.
I wasn't aware you could still do world transfers?!
Reboot requires you to actually play the game.
I currently play Reboot and it is excellent for being unfunded. Plus, there are lots of people to talk to and make friends. I used to play in Renegades and it was absolutely horrible. It was dead and the change to Reboot was better. Also, hyper teleport rocks for one day only cost 5.2 mil and you can easily get 5 mil from just doing Zak runs and Hilla runs.
In reboot you can't trade with anyone and you can buy cubes for mesos i believe. that's all i know.
lol broa died? haven't been on in forever
no it's not
