Nexon got my old account back
Nexon actually helped me get my old account back after waiting for like 9 months. I got hacked in early October and the hacker changed the account information. GM Raykal got the account back to me, but the only bad thing is that the hacker took everything and made a crap ton of mules with random letters and numbers. He even took my event items from like 2007 and dropped my Maplemas and Versalmas hats.
But like, what the freak. 9 months to answer my ticket? I know it took longer for others, but seriously?
