I say its about 500 to the price you paid. Also for people who are probably thinking that it's like 500m or less because of tempest rings then you're forgetting something about tempest rings; they're untradeable and unsokable while the almighty ring is always transferable unless you item lock it or something. There are a lot of character hoppers so it's better to get the almighty ring then spend like 300m-2b repeatedly for 6-15% stats.
