They'll only rise when Nexon releases a new popular Android or when Nexon releases a new popular class. Until then, the best price is TS' best offer.
@Regatzopunk Potential doesn't raise the price by much. Don't forget that the heart is level 30 and only has a lowest-tier potential. Even at Unique, it'd only get 3% of a stat.

with legendary pot? unique pot? even epic pot? unless we can actually see it, we can only assume it's rare, in which case the fact that there's potential on them has no bearing on their prices.

25 att for 830 mil sounds quite cheap in windia its like 1.3b lol maybe more
