It's almost march so that's like 3 months already.

I submitted one 5 years ago its still open

My tickets tend take 1-2 weeks to get a response.

Depends on what you're sending tickets on. Touchy issues usually take longer doe

Ones i have posted with a list of hacker names have been looked at and finished in less than 3 days. One I posted about an event reward I never got took about 1-3months to get responded back too... and with everyone getting falsely banned it could take who knows how long xD

I sent tickets somewhat "regularly." I usually get responses in 15-20 mins or so.

I sent a ticket 2 or 3 weeks ago and just got a response today

the first one took like a day but it was cuz i sent it on a sunday the rest took hours, one even minutes, others days, and some still havent been answered (about 2-4 weeks)
