Monster park (bonus stage). The tempest reward pouch for completing 3 PQs and 3 rounds of Monster Park. Easiest ways, otherwise, you gotta farm mobs.

These are pretty easy to come buy nowadays. The board game event thing lets you get one for just going around the board once. I wouldn't recommend farming them, though.
