Scrolling Question on Clean Slate
Hi! I'm not experienced in scrolling so would like some help. Lets say I use 10 20% scrolls. First 5 don't work, the next 5 do. Would I be able to clean slate the first five? Or do clean slates only work on the slot JUST previously used? Does that make sense? I don't really know how to explain it any simpler. Thanks!

Thanks everyone! I understand now, just tested and the 1st way works. Though I did fail 6/6 of the 20% att scrolls and 1/5 of the 10% slates worked.
to all that don't understand when he's saying use 10 20% scrolls he means att not clean slates. And yes you can clean slate the first 5 the slates just look for a failed slot and restore it
I'm confused, I'm assuming you think Clean Slates consume a scrolling slot, which is wrong; they don't.
Clean Slates restore 1 failed slot.
> Use/fail 5 20% Clean Slates. Nothing happens, you simply lost 5 20%s.
> Use/pass 5 20% Clean Slates. +5 scrolling slots to an equip (Unless you had less than 5 failed slots)
It will work with the first 5 slots. Trust me.
It should work with the original 5 slots lost since it's a scroll that can give you back a slot
@archfiendz maybe he didn't have the clean slates when he started scrolling, maybe when he scrolled he couldn't afford clean slates
i do believe it is the previous only.
anyways why would you wait to clean slate scroll?
just do right after a fail and problem solved.
