@BBD: i was going to DL TF2 but i don't know if i have enough space and if i do it might lag the Mac.. Do you know where i can check my RAM/Memory? o-o
Mac System Requirements
Minimum: OS X version Leopard 10.5.8, Snow Leopard 10.6.3, 1GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 8 or higher, ATI X1600 or higher, or Intel HD 3000 or higher Mouse, Keyboard, Internet Connection

I am not sure how to check if you can play it or not.
I use this http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri but I am not sure if that website works for Macs.
Guys, ive been thinking about TF2... didnt know it could be played on mac.. lol. but i dont have steam and im not computer savvy so do i just dl steam..?
Steam is free to download.
If you download TF2, good luck

If you only have free games you won't have the full benifit of Steam, but no worries I had Steam with only free games for 8 months before actually buying a game.
Here is the limits.
(Can't post link due to basilmarket censorship so I will just copy paste it)
Why are some features of Steam not available to me?

Limited users are not able to send friend invites or initiate chat sessions. We've chosen to limit access to these features as a means of protecting our customers from those who abuse Steam merely for evil purposes such as spamming and phishing. Spammers' and phishers' ability to send pesky invites and chat requests to strangers is thereby reduced, protecting legitimate users from annoyance and scams.
The good news is that other features are still available. Limited users can still create community groups, be added as friends, and chat with other users.
Please note: limited users must navigate to their Steam community homepages in order to view friend requests.
How can I gain access to all Steam features?

To access all features of Steam, simply purchase a game from the Steam store, redeem a Gift or Guest Pass* on Steam, complete a microtransaction, or activate a retail game on Steam.
* Access to features may be limited to the duration of the Guest Pass.
Can I gain access to these features by playing free demos, adding a non-Steam game as a shortcut, or promotional trials like Free Weekends?

No. Demos, Free Weekends, free games (Examples: Alien Swarm, free versions of Portal or Team Fortress 2), and other promotions do not act as qualifying items.
You talk about PC being the best thing ever.
Next thing I see is bashing Macs...
(not cool)
There is 342 playable games on Steam for Macs (I am a PC user).
