Honestly I largely forgot it was a thing and only remember when I accidentally use a Twisted Road scroll thinking it's a nearest town scroll and end up there.

I guess it was released to be the first area with level 200+ monsters, but the spawn is so bad that the quests take forever and aren't worth doing. Maybe if they created a pet exclusive to Aqua Road that you get from completing the whole thing, people would do it.

so whos does this I mean if no one does it.. come does it exist in the first place

Aren't most, if not all?

Collect xxx. Kill xxx. Talk to xxx.

Mix n match, rinse n repeat.

Quest line is bad, boring, and broken (like u can fight the boss without even doing the quest line). Training maps have horrific spawn.
