Are you thick? If you hadn't bought anything then bought the 1NX coupon it disqualifies you for the 90% discount because you bought something after the cutoff.

You get 90% off an item if you haven't purchased anything from the cash shop recently. Since nexon put things like hair coupons and 1.5x coupons at 1nx, a bunch of people bought them in excitement, meaning that they "recently" bought an item, making them not qualified for the 90% off deal.
It says items purchased BEFORE January 1st. The 1 NX coupon isnt part of it and shouldn't have affected the discount.
