I never got my Resistance Ring o.O

Hey guys, so tonight I just hit level 70 on my Battle Mage (2nd Zenith bandana, woot D) and I got my bandana but I never got my Resistance Ring, the exp Cap, or the Level 40 weapon. I was curious if anyone else has had this problem, or if anyone knows [i]why.[/i]
I've done my job advancement and everything I've even had enough time to go play with my new skills. I still have gotten nothing. Thansk for any help
