You can still enter NLC through the train
My friend just checked kerning, it's still there o_o what are u people blabbing about?
You can use the NLC Return Scrolls you get from the Raven clan people in the Crimson Wood Forest and use them in Amoria which will bring you to NLC.
Unless they fixed it or changed it so that the scrolls allow you to use it anywhere in Victoria Island.

you buy nlc scrolls, or look for someone whos in there and tele to them ?
I hope it's not gone. I ditched my BaM there.
Kms doesnt have NLC. i wonder if GMs just copied the npc and fergot to add nlc to it o.o
