mercedes are the cheapest to fund because they use bowman equips which are the cheapest

but they are the worst dps in the game if extremely funded due to cap rising to 50m and terrible interaction between total% damage and boss damage from equips and skills

Anyways for around 12b or something, I have around 120% dex and 130 att clean empress dbg with 160k range buffed

Well I've about 10 bil worth of equips on my merc, around 80%dex and a 175att bowgun and have about a 70k self-buffed range (MW10).

I've seen them for 400 (epic) and as low as 300 (rare). 3% are around 150m, not as bad. 6% Temp Rings are around 300m and 3% are like 50 or less. 9% Rings are around 900m and 9% shoulders are like 1.2b easy. A decent arrow, imo, would be 30% boss and unique, around 1.5b. I'd worry about that later though. Oh, I should note that 15% earrings are around 1.5b

If you're lucky, and find a good empress dbg, you might be able to get a clean empress set minus the cape. I managed to find my avg clean dbg for 300m 2 weeks ago. You may also want to fuse some equips with the alchemy system to get some % equips.

Capping ish ring lines is nearly an impossible thing to do without a bunch of funding. Mercedes does require more funding than other archer classes, but dex equips have gone cheaper lately.

I wouldn't say we are that hard to fund. %dex equips are fairly cheap and easy to come by. The problem is that our damage isn't the greatest, meaning we probably require a bit more %dex than other classes.

Unless you're trying to cap with Ishtar's Ring then Mercedes shouldn't be that bad. Fairly high %damage skills and great support game with AW, AFA, IR, etc. I prob would've made an effort at funding one but with cap being raised I'll stick with my MM.

are empress equips affordable with 600m in scania since everything is inflated here? i just came back from a long break too so i have no idea what the price ranges are

@above: damn thanks for reminding me about how you can potential your arrows, totally forgot about that. i'd probably be making my own arrows since i have nx so hopefully i wouldn't need to buy one

Here in CYMK, Empress DBGs are now roughly 500m at the most, as opposed to 1b just a few months ago.
I think that the most expensive thing is going to be potential arrows. It is so hard to find one in the CYMK markets.

I do hear we're hard to fund, but I just go at it, collecting money and merching over time I don't care about leveling as much and I really love this class too.
Equips, just 2% or 6% things I guess. But I do recommend just making more money over time from merching or something. Then you can continuously upgrade.

Clean Empress Bowman is some of the cheapest gear in the fm not counting cape and weapon.
Cheapest overall would therefore go to thieves probably.
