I'd make it rain.
Give loans to friends and strangers until I spend it all on collecting.
Convert it to real $$, quit, and get a life.
ITT we subtly brag about how much mesos and how expensive each of our pixels cost with pixel money

Pretty much this. I can usually build up 100b+ before I find something worth buying.
Although lately I haven't really bothered buying anything, not even NX.

Items I'm looking for cost a couple of these so I save up until I have enough mesos per item.
Transfer it to a mule and aim for max again
Open up shop with items at 1 mesos.
I give back to the community by telling everyone that I'm better than them because I have more mesos than them.
