Maplestory Crashing Issue Help Please

Hey basilers,

So here's my story. On the holidays, five weeks ago, my old HP Pavillion DV6 had a CPU failure, so I ordered a Lenovo E520. Specs:
6GB RAM, 750GB HDD, Intel Core i7, 2.8GHz => 3.1GHz CPU, I think it's an AMD Radeon 2GB graphics card and Windows 7.
So anywho, I re-downloaded Maplestory and a played it perfectly fine. But five => ten minutes later, it stops responding and crashes. I run it again, and the same problem happens. I played around with the settings and compatibillity and nothing works. It can't be my internet since I get about 10mbps according to the TPG speed test and speedtest.net and I'm sure it's not my laptop.

Anyone else have this problem? or fixed it?

Any and all help would be GREATLY appreciated ^.^

I actually finally fixed it. Thanks for your input. What I did is go into properties and select run in Windows XP Service Pack 2 and run as administrator. For some reason, I didn't try that before.

It's black cipher usually to play for a long period of time I have to close everything I'm running and I go as far as closing explorer.exe and I put maple on the lowest graphic settings, disable shaking skills and mute the audio in game and I can play for a varied amount of time. Although even with that I still DC time to time but if I don't I tend to DC what feels like every 10 minutes. Although it sucks because it seems like if I stand still to long in certain places I'll DC anyways (usually the free market it would seem).
