Problem when opening the game from Ms site

Hey people,

So I just have this weird problem where everytime I try to launch the game through the website it asks me to download it again. I have MS installed under C/Nexon/MS and I'm using Chrome but it still isn't working, and it's just happening on my laptop.

I guess i should also add that I copy pasted the whole nexon folder from my desktop to my laptop, but I don't know how to make it work, or if I have to download the whole game again.

*Edit1: I've tried through IE and FIrefox, and on my desktop it only works through Chrome
