Nexon cant do their job -.-

I sent a ticket to Nexon about it, but as always, Nexon comes first. They don't care about you, you, you, all they want is money. and I am not speaking another rant thread. This is serious. SO! I was happily waking up in the morning, eating a stack of pancakes, thinking about what I would do with my brand new shiny 50 dollar karma koin card. After I was finished, I went to my room to open up the wonderful maplestory video game that I was playing since I was younger. I put in my info on the website, logged in, and clicked play. Maplestory loaded and I saw the funny green guys run across the screen on ribboned pigs. I chuckled, then the wizet sign came. I was greeted with the New PVP server login, and looked at the amazing graphics and wondered about how much time nexon put in to them, and I thought, "Wow, Nexon is a really good company!" I clicked my server, Kradia, and clicked my favorite channel, Channel 9. Because I am 9 years old. I thought, "Nexon is the best!" but that all changed when I saw my character selection screen. I was humming the maplestory theme song, but then I stopped to a gasp. I looked at my characters... Identifying every single pixel... "My account has been touched..." I thought. every single character was stripped completely. I logged on to my main, level 200 hero. My Level 200 hero was extremley godly : a 608 stonetooth (LOL!) about 313% str in all, 46 att VSS, 52 Att SCG's. When I llogged on, I was in hensys hair shop. I screamed out loud, but noone was at my hooues so they couldnt hear. I looked in my Equips, THERE WAS NTHING! I looked in my USE, THERE WAS NOTHING ! EVERYTHING I HAVE EVR EARNED! GONE! AND THE HACKER MADE ME LOOK UGLY! I had sexy nx equips and about 900,000 Unused NX, ALL GONE! MY NX EQUIPS WERE GONE AND THEY WERE ALL PERMANANT WTF!@@@@@@@ I HAD WHITE ROYAL EYES TURNED INTO BLACK MOTIVATED LOOK. ANd then, my Hair, which was a royal hair, GOT CHANGED TO REBEL HAIR (BLACK) I WANTED TO KILLMYSELF. I LOGGED ON TO MY OTHER 49 chars, AND THEY WERE STRIPPED TOO! DO YOU KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS? AND MY 49 WIFES DIVORCED MY CHARS, THEY SAID I "Was being a d00shbag" I WAS SO MAD! Then, my friends all deleted, me, I CRIED! then, you know what happened next? I D/CED, and watched as my chars were getting deleted, 1 by 1, ANDI WAS LIKE "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" All my chars, being helplessly deleted!@ and then, after they were all gone, I was cryinng and watching in horror... THE HACKER MADE MY ACCOUNT LOCKED! HE DELETED IT! he deleted my account from the database, and i only got 1 email that i acn only make 1 for the rest of my life, so i couldnt play ANY game or use my email again! OR MY PASSWORD! I WAS CRYING AND I GOT A ROPE AND A STOOL,THIS HACKER RUINED MY FREAKING LIFE! THATS NOT THE WORST PART. THE HACKER MADE A LEVEL 99999999696966969691333378999+1 CHAR AND MADE HIM DELETE MY COMPUTER! MY COMPUTER #W AHH It started sparking, so I dropped it and it obliterated, i wasl ike NOOOOO and then, it started to catch on fire! "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" I WAS TOO CRYING AND THEN IT EXPLODED AND THE PIECES FLEW EVERYWHERE AND IT HIT ME IN MY EYE AND IT HURT! I ran t the hospital,! I said "THE HACKER... I DCA IT WAS A ALONG STRY!' then, NOONE WOULD TAKE ME SERIOUSLY! I RAN OUTSIDE AND I was in perion : Ok time to calm down : I will explain to you what the hacker did : The hacker took 245 Dectrillion mesos, Deleted every single character, and I had never downloaded anything suspicious, never went to any website ever. I have never used internet explorer on my comp, I ALWAYS used the game launcher, locked my account after I was done playing every day, changed my password ever 30 minutes, changed emails every hour, and I STILL GOT HACKED! He evne took 394Trillion dollars worth of NX! And 8 years of my childhood! (I was 1 when I started playing) . NOW RAGW! I HATE MY LIFE! THE HACKER RUINED IT! AND, THE EXPLOSION MADE MY HOUSE BURNED DOWN! I WAS TERRIFIED AS HE BEGAN BUILDING TNT BLOCKS AROUND ME, TRAPPING ME IN A LARGE TOWER MADE OF TNT I WAS CRYING, Then I started to calm down. I used my fist to try and break the TNT. "OW!" I sat there. "maybe If I dig under... So then I began digging downward. About 1 block, I reached the bedrock. "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" THEN, It all became dark. I looked up. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! LAVA WAS FALLING DOWN THE TOWER! AND IT WOULD COME TOWARD ME! I WAS CRYING SO IT BEGAN SLOWLY DROPPING DOWN! THIS IS THE END! Then all the sudden, the lava caught the TNT on fire. "EYAHHHHFHEUU!" I screamed I WAS CRYING AND THEN, THE WHOLE TOWER EXPLOOOOOOOOOOOODED! I WAS CRYING WHILE BEING LAUNCHED TO MY DOOM, MY BODY CHARRED FROM THE EXPLOSION AND LAVA BURNING MY LIFE! THE HACKER I EVEN SAW HIM LAUGHING AND GRINNING I WAS CRYING AND I HIT A SHARP ROCK PENETRATING MY EXISTANCE. "EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEUUUUUUTAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAaaaaah I died. Then, when I woke up, I was in a stadium. The existance cube hit me. "no....' I couldn't exist enough, I had to get sucked into the portal. "NOOOOOOOOOO!" I was in perion. Perion? I thought? How curious. Walking around, I met with Blackbull, the chief of the village. "Where am I?" "You are in Perion, land of the ancients. Enjoy your stay." I looked through my inventory, expecting blackbulls deed. I pulled a slime gel, a stick, and a seal cushion out of my pocket. "Don't know if this will be any use to you, but take it!" Blackbull, although confused, took it. "Uh, thanks." I then began to walk off. "Do you know where I can become a warrior?" Blackbull sat up. "Gladly! Go upwards near the hill!" I trugged on, stopping occasionally to talk with the inhabitants. I walked up the stone steps and looked at my map. "This must be the Hall of Warriors!" I walked in. It's Dances with Balrog! "I'd like to become a warrior." I was advanced into a warrior. "Oh, young one. It has been difficult for our village. The demon Andras, an owl riding a feral wolf, has been depleting our water supplies, burning our crops, and scaring the residents. You must help!" I accepted, and went off to defeat Andras. "There you are!" the half wing'ed angel. We began to fight. With no sweat, Andras' wolf ran away bleeding, and andras was dead. To prove my victory, I sliced his head off and wore it as a helmet. When I returned, the inhabitants cheered me. I thought of decapitating your enemie and wearing its head as proof sounded feral, but I knew it was what the Perion inhabitants wouldv'e done. They're very feral. That night, the inhabitants went to sleep. I was at the Edge of perion, with a campfire, cooking Andras' remains. I started hearing indian noises- like drums and flutes. I looked around. There wasn't any important celebrations today, and all of perion was asleep. I noticed something White in the corner of my eye. It was natural to look at my minimap to spot anything, but there was no dot. I looked back. The white figure was gone. I began to sweat. I was scared, so I went to Dances with Balrog. I walked into the Hall of Warriors. Dances with balrog wasn't there, so I began to walk back out when I noticed a marking on the wall. It seemed to be made of blood. It looked like an eye. I walked back out, heard a noise, then walked back in. Dances was not there. I walked out to realize there was even more markings on the wall. This time, they seemed alienish. Walking back and in there was more markings. I walked back in one last time. On the wall said "MURIEL... WHY..." I turned around to see a Lady... It was.... HORRIFYING! She... Was ... I can't... Wearing a white robe, long flowing white hair, Pale skin, and a stare that even Balrog would succumb to. Her eyes began to seep blood. "AWAY! AWAY DEMON!" She began to walk closer, holding her ominous Polearm, which sported an Eclipse shaped moon on the end. "AWAY!" I walked out, then walked in. She was closer.. How did she manage to wallk that fast? I walked back out and in several times, each time she getting closer. Then, I walked in. SHE WAS RIGHT NEXT TO ME, BUT SHE HAD NO EYES. Her eyes were missing. Behind her, said "EYES IN PERION" with a bleeding eye next to it. She swung her polearm at me, killing me instantly. So if anyone can help me get back on my feet, that would be appreciated
