How to make perfect weapons now?
Hey,
With the removal of the white scrolls, I was wondering on how we would be able to create perfect weapons now? Do we have to use nx and get the shield protection scrolls? Is there no way to do it w/o NX?

Um do you know how much it costs? Whats the guarantee rate of not getting scammed?
You can always get WS through gach, unless they removed them $:
Use Nx, get lucky or buy pre made ones. Buying GM service is also viable.
