Error code 51
When I try to do surveys I keep on getting an error 51. IDKW. All I did was doing like 50 surveys in like a day then suddenly soon After that day I got an error. Also all the surveys I have done never gave me any nx. Is there anyway to resolve this problem? I even sent a ticket to nx and they replied back by saying something that does not even making sense. Please help

now they force you to buy nx, duh?
