Cant log in?

Whenever I log in on my old account through the game launcher, I get this message that says,

"We're still processing your request at this time, so you don't have to access this game for now."

My email for that account had gotten deleted, so I recreated it but I still get this message.

If I need to submit a ticket, what category should it go under?

ah lucky I know a few people that had it for only a few hours or days but some ppl have had it for almost a year </3

your email got deleted? I still have mine and my account is still under that email it just wont send me the pass change thingie
but anyway the launcher works fine as long as you dont try to log that user Id or email
